A speculative design project about how the (close-ish) future could look if not only the possession, but also distribution of addictive substances was legalized, and the task was handed over to #hustlers to come up with a concept to capitalize off of addiction make it a safe experience for all.
Crystal ship is #hustler Stella Rae's pitch for a club that allows (regulated) substance use over three floors – The "cuddle-puddle" on the ground floor for dancing (stimulating substances + alcohol), "cross-fade" on the 2nd floor (drug-cocktails) and "one and only" (solo 'drug-jouneys').
The design outcome was a presentation, presented as Stella Rae (from Utah, opening clubs in LA, New York and Saltlake City to bring mormons closer to God), a social media campaign, NFTs, a countdown website, and an article in The New – Times by #cryptobro Fredrique Milton, documenting how we reached this point in the future.
